Cred că toată lumea a auzit de această serie.Mulți au și citit primele 3 cărți apărute în România.Și mai mulți au aflat că se va face și film.În rolurile principale:
Jamie Campbell Bower(Camelot) în rolul lui Jace, iar Lily Collins(Mirror Mirror) în rolul lui Clary Fray.
Recunosc(cu rușine) că nu am seria și nici nu am citit-o încă, dar nu o să mai rezist mult fără ea așa
că...poate(sper) că în curând voi reveni cu o recenzie.



Clary Fray, o fată de cincisprezece ani, are darul Vederii,un dar pe care ceilalţi oameni nu-l au. Ea vede vampiri, vârcolaci, zâne, demoni şi alte creaturi care populează Lumea din Umbră.
În Oraşul Oaselor, cartea întâi din seria Instrumente mortale, mama lui Clary, Jocelyn, dispare şi ea însăşi e atacată de un demon,un ravener înspăimântător. Astfel, tânăra ajunge să-i cunoască pe vânătorii de umbre, războinici a căror misiune este să-i apere pe oameni de demoni şi să-i controleze pe vampiri şi vârcolaci.
De asemenea, Clary îl întâlneşte pe Jace, un tânăr fermecător, şi, împreună cu el, încearcă să dezlege nenumăratele taine ale Lumii din Umbră. Cine a răpit-o pe Jocelyn? Unde se află Pocalul Mortal şi ce puteri are acesta? Cine l-a transformat pe Simon, cel mai bun prieten al lui Clary, în şobolan şi cum poate fi desfăcută vraja?
